Your duties will be: Carrying out systematic and structured monitoring of project activities. Development and implementation of tools evaluation of the effectiveness of projects or programs. Conducting analysis of information regarding the performance of tasks and achievement of set goals. Implementation of data collection methods for monitoring and evaluation. Study and analysis of collected data to identify trends and inconsistencies. Processing and analysis of received data using appropriate tools. Formation of reports based on evaluation results and recommendations for improving work. Ensuring interaction with various departments and employees to collect the necessary information. Development of monitoring and evaluation plans taking into account the strategic goals of the organization. Proposing and implementing improvements to the monitoring and evaluation system. Carrying out monitoring visits in Kherson, Zaporizhzhya and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
