The Charity Fund "Voices of Children" is a Ukrainian foundation that grew out of a volunteer initiative in 2015 in eastern Ukraine. To implement of an international project, the fund announces the procurement of the services of a "Monitoring and evaluation manager". projects, non-governmental sector projects or social projects from 2 years
Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation methods and tools (eg indices, questionnaires, interviews, focus groups).
Experience with data, analytical tools and programs (Excel, CRM, SPSS, statistical packages).
Ability to analyze information and formulate recommendations based on results.
Ability to work with various types of reporting and documentation.
High communication skills to work with different teams and donors.
Problem solving ability, critical thinking and attention to detail.
Collection, analysis and processing of data related to the performance of programs and the achievement of set goals.
Preparation of reports and recommendations based on the analysis of monitoring results for management and partners.
Development of tools for evaluating the effectiveness of programs and projects, including surveys, interviews, focus groupsand
Monitoring the implementation of projects, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures within each project.
Cooperation with program and project managers to develop and improve monitoring tools.
Definition of key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of projects and programs.
Evaluation of the results and impact of projects using different methods (quantitative and qualitative).
Conducting education and training for the fund team on monitoring and evaluation methods.
Collaboration with partners and donors to prepare reports and demonstrate program results.
