The Children's Voices Charitable Foundation is a Ukrainian foundation that grew out of a volunteer initiative in 2015 in eastern Ukraine. Our mission is to inspire and support children, create conditions for children's voices to be heard, and support their resilience in the face of war.  of the PULSE National Consortium under the coordination of the BF "Right to Defense". Requirements 

• Work experience in the field of monitoring and evaluation of humanitarian projects, projects non-governmental sector or social projects

• Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation methods and tools (eg indices, questionnaires, interviews, focus groups). 

• Experience with data, analytical tools and programs (Excel, SPSS, statistical packages). 

• Ability to analyze information and formulate recommendations based on results. 

• Ability to work with various types of reporting and documentation. 

• High communication skills to work with different teams and donors. 

 

• Problem solving ability, critical thinking and attention to detail. 

 

• Collection, analysis andprocessing of data related to the effectiveness of programs and the achievement of set goals. 

• Preparation of reports and recommendations based on analysis of monitoring results for management and partners. 

• Development of tools to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and projects, including surveys, interviews, focus groups. 

• Monitoring the implementation of projects, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures within each project. 

• Collaboration with program and project managers to develop and improve monitoring tools. 

• Definition of key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of projects and programs. 

• Evaluation of results and impact of projects using different methods (quantitative and qualitative). 

• Education and training for the fund team on monitoring and evaluation methods. 

• Collaboration with partners and donors to prepare reports and demonstrate program results.
