Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of a system for collecting and analyzing project performance indicators.
Cooperation with project managers to ensure accuracy and completeness of data collection.
Checking projects for compliance with standards and criteria.
Highlighting key aspects that can be highlightedpour to increase performance.
Maintaining an effective communication process with all stakeholders regarding monitoring and evaluation.
Preparation of monthly\quarterly\yearly statistics upon request.
Informing management and stakeholders about achievements and challenges.
from 1year of work experience in the field of monitoring and evaluation, ideally in the field of charity or public sector development; Deep understanding of modern methodologies for monitoring and evaluating project performance, including quantitative and qualitative methods. High level of mastery of data analysis tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting to management, partners and donors. Ability to effectively set and achieve the foundation's strategic plans through project monitoring and evaluation. Proficiency in office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Gmail, ZOOM, Google Meet) Ability to understand the goals and strategic objectives of the charitable foundation for effective monitoring and evaluation.
