• Hybrid format of work according to the schedule from 10:00 to 18:00, 4 days in the office, 1 day from home;

Main tasks:

• Collect weekly data and provide information to the responsible project coordinator;

• Organize and conduct a surveytraining of clients and specialists within the framework of the project;

• Participate in the preparation of the capacity development plan for monitoring and evaluation of HealthRight International and UFPL projects, as well as the necessary computer support;

• Participate in sessions on the FormShare reporting system for headquarters and data entry on the FormShare platform for projects;

• Fill out and submit the required forms in Ukrainian and English languages, as well as provide cartographic services in terms of clusters and working groups;

• Develop recommendations for improving projects based on monitoring and evaluation data;

• Conduct trainings and training sessions for fund employees on monitoring and evaluation issues;

• Interact with donors and partners to ensure compliance with their reporting and evaluation requirements.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education in social sciences, statistics, demography, public policy, international development, economics or related fields;

• Advanced certificate in M&E, statistics or economics preferred;

• Experience in monitoring and evaluation and/or software monitoring (experience in using database packages, experience in using data processing and analysis);

• Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level;

• Knowledge of coding languages ​​- SQL is an advantage;

• Proficiency in English B2-C1  (both written and oral);

• High level of analytical skills;

• Experience in public organizations/charitable foundations is an advantage.
