Monitoring and evaluation manager in Institut analitiki ta advokaciyi

In connection with the expansion, we are looking for a monitoring and evaluation manager to join the NGO "Institute of Analytics and Advocacy" team.

We are a think tank working on civil society development, policy and data analysis, development and implementation of innovative digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Development of the internal project monitoring and evaluation system
• Participation in writing logframes for new project proposals
• Creating and adjusting project monitoring and evaluation plans, tools and folders
• Writing monitoring and evaluation reports
• Participation in strategic planning of new projects and discussion of potential activities
• Planning and conducting research
• Ensuring the proper functioning of the monitoring and evaluation system in projects
• Monitoring the implementation of project indicators
• Development and implementation of data collection tools for the implementation of project indicators;
• Performing a monthly collection of data on the progress of the projectand providing information to the donor and the project manager;
• Analysis of the received data and their discussion from project manager/coordinator;
• Monitoring of primary reporting documentation regarding the provision of services within of the project;
• Filling and submitting the necessary reporting forms
• Participation in weekly work meetings.

< span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Qualification requirements:

• Confirmed work experience in monitoring and evaluation or in project management (from 1 year)
• Understanding the system of building and implementing business processes, the ability and desire to build logical, consistent and customer-oriented processes
• Knowledge of basic assessment methodologies, as well as data collection and analysis methodologies.
• Ability to build evaluation plans, establish criteria for program effectiveness and impact
• Ability to visually present data, express one's thoughts clearly and clearly in writing and in the form of presentations
• Fluency with the necessary software (basic: Microsoft and Google software packages, knowledge of the target software will be an advantage)
• Competent written and oral communication (Ukrainian);
• Knowledge of the English language (preferably not lower than Pre-Intermediate level)
