Implements and automates the OKR system. Systemize the employee evaluation process.
The main responsibilities will be:
- Implementation of employee performance evaluation methods, including OKR, KPI and performance evaluation
- Control of the execution of OKR, KPI and performance evaluation processes, analysis of results and improvement evaluation and calibration processes
- Collection, processing and preparation of reports on the execution of OKRs, KPIs and performance evaluations
- Administration of the evaluation process, updating and maintaining the relevance of internal databases
- Introduction of new tools and methods to improve the effectiveness of managing the performance of employees and teams
Success in this role will require:
- Experience in developing performance indicators, formulating and cascading goals.
- Knowledge of the goal setting process and formulating strategic goals
- Experience in developing both strategic and specific key results for measurement success
- Experience and interest in researching and implementing innovative digital assessment tools
- Ability to quickly grasp an unfamiliar topic
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines clearly.
