Proliska NGO announces a tender for the conclusion of an agreement on the provision of monitoring and evaluation services in the city of Uzhgorod.
Proliska public organization is a non-commercial, a non-political humanitarian organization that since 2014 provides comprehensive assistance and protection to the population affected by military operations in Ukraine.
Currently, our organization works in 13 regions of Ukraine and provides: social support of the most vulnerable persons affected by military operations; provision of psychological assistance to victims; consulting on social issues; provision of humanitarian aid and materials for emergency repairs of housing damaged as a result of hostilities; providing assistance to institutions and establishments where IDPs have found refuge; assistance in the evacuation of the population from the combat zone and social transportation of residents of settlements along the combat line and in de-occupied territories where regular transport does not operate.
III. We offer the successful candidate:
- A trial period of up to 2 months, with a further contract until May 31, 2026.

I. Requirements for the contestant:
- Higher education in the field of sociology / mathematics / economics / other related field;
- Experience in the field of monitoring and evaluation (will be an advantage);
- Experience in planning and conducting data collection;
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods, digital data processing in the contexts of conflict and displacement (will be a significant advantage);
- Knowledge of analysis and data collection tools (Power Bi, KoBo toolbox) will be an advantage;
- Fluent command of the Ukrainian language;
- Knowledge of the English language will be a significant advantage;
- Willingness to travel to other areas, including combat zones actions in the territories under the control of the government of Ukraine;
- Excellent skills of oral and written communication, preparation of documents, drawing up reports;
- Confident user of computer programs (advanced level of proficiency in Word, Excel);
- Skills in conducting business correspondence;
- Readiness for regular trips within the boundaries of the areas in which the project is implemented, including the territory close to the area of implementation hostilities, in the territory under the control of the government of Ukraine; Preference will be given to candidates who have similar work experience in non-profit organizations or UN agencies. II. Description of services to be provided:
- Development of monitoring, assessment and reporting systems and tools within the framework of the project;
- Improvement of monitoring, assessment and reporting systems and tools within the framework of the project;
- Performance of monitoring visits and performance evaluation of projects: including but not limited to surveys, research, assessments, analysis;
- Conducting analysis of monitoring and assessment data and timely informing the employer for use of analysis results when making program decisions;
- Development of recommendations on the basis of project performance evaluation;
- Coordination of monthly data collection from field teams;
- General coordination and methodical support of employees/service providers in the direction of monitoring and evaluation;
- Organization of data exchange between employees/service providers involved in implementation of the project;
- Collection and systematization of statistical and informational data, aggregate and detailed quantitative and qualitative indicators of the results of the organization's activities within the project in the direction of monitoring and evaluation;
- Business correspondence.
