Competition for the services of a monitoring and evaluation consultant

GO GLOBAL is an educational foundation engaged in the formation of social intelligence, creative and entrepreneurial skills in children and youth of Ukraine.< /p>

The project of institutional support is implemented within the framework of the project "Program for promoting public activity "Join!" financed by the Agency USAID and implemented by Pact in Ukraine.

Responsibilities and areas:

1. review by the project manager.

2. Responsible for the collection, summarization, analysis and verification of statistical information on quantitative and qualitative indicators of projects.

3. Organizes the process of developing, adapting and, if necessary, updating electronic tools (registries, databases) that are used to automate the process of collecting, accumulating and analyzing project statistical data.

4. Involved in the writing of instructional and methodological materials on issues of organization and development of monitoring and evaluation in the Organization, reporting forms, instructions for them and indicators according to project indicators;

Maintenance of the information database of the defined project of the organization;

5. Documentary support of the specified project of the organization;

6. Communication with departments of the organization for coordinated work within the project;

7. Communication with project experts;

8. Performs other assignments of the project manager.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education;

• Relevant work experience of at least 2 years. Work experience related to the activities of public organizations and specifics of work with international donors will be an advantage;

• Excellent knowledge of oral and written business Ukrainian language;

• Proficiency in English (is an advantage);

• A confident PC user, knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), skills in working with Google services;

• Strict adherence to deadlines;

• Responsibility.
