BF "Right to Protection" (hereinafter - the Foundation) is a charitable organization that focuses its activities on providing assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs), victims of military operations, refugees and stateless persons. The Fund is an executive partner of the UNHCR and monitors the situation of the protection of the rights of IDPs, providing legal assistance and strengthening the humanitarian response in 22 regions of Ukraine, and also promotes changes in the national legal base, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights. post-monitoring (PDM/PSM) of the quality of services provided by the Fund using IP telephony and approved questionnaires. The role involves systematic collection of data from beneficiaries in accordance with ethical standards and confidentiality requirements, proper capture of results in digital tools and prompt escalation of sensitive cases and appeals as per SOP. 

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Perform telephone post-monitoring/quality of service monitoring (PDM/PSM) using IP telephony and approved scripts/questionnaires.

  • Check the lists of beneficiaries before starting the rollover, check contact data, statuses (including "first contact", repeated contacts), presence of necessary disaggregations.

  • Ensure correct communication with the beneficiaries: to introduce themselves according to the script, to obtain verbal consent (informed consent), to explain the purpose of the survey, the voluntariness of participation and confidentiality.

  • Collect data in the system without skipping critical fields; if necessary, correctly ask clarifying questions without imposing an answer.

  • Follow AAP/CFM protocols: inform about available feedback/complaint channels (by script), record appeals/complaints according to the procedure and hand over to the responsible persons within the established terms.

  • Respond to sensitive cases: if risks or sensitive information are revealed during the call (GBV/PSEA/Child safeguarding, threat to life/health, need for urgent referral) — act strictly according to SOP.

  • Keep track of call statuses.

  • Comply with the Foundation's Code of Conduct and policies (including PSEA, Do No Harm, safeguarding), and perform other tasks related to post-monitoring and data quality assurance.

RESULTS OF WORK

  • Timely collected PDM/PSM data: agreed call plan was implemented and target number of beneficiaries successfully interviewed within the period/project was reached.

  • High quality of input: minimized gaps in critical fields, no input errors; data are ready for analysis without significant refinements.

  • Correct work with AAP/CFM: beneficiaries are informed about feedback channels; appeals/complaints are registered and transferred according to the procedure within the established terms.

  • All sensitive cases are transferred to focal points in accordance with the SOP (without collecting redundant details, in compliance with the Do No principles Harm). none">

    Compliance with BF's "Right to Protection" policies.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication skills and readiness for intensive daily workinteraction with respondents/beneficiaries.

  • Understanding the principles of humanitarian response and basic standards of work with vulnerable groups.

  • Tolerance, emotional stability and stress resistance; the ability to maintain professional communication in difficult or sensitive situations.

  • Basic knowledge in the field of human rights and the ability to apply a rights-based approach in communication.

  • Attention to detail and discipline in following methodology, scripts/procedures and data quality standards.

  • High level of self-organization and self-motivation, ability to work with minimal supervision within defined KPIs and deadlines.

  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changes in priorities, tools and operational processes.
