MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years of relevant experience; Experience in engineering support for Microsoft SCOM (administration, management pack coding); Experience in Grafana/InfluxDB/Telegraf administration, knowledge of Prometheus (PromQL), InfluxDB (Flux language); Experience working with Microsoft System Center products; Experience working with various APM products: Dynatrace, Elastic, AppDynamics; Skills in working with REST API Query on Powershell and Python; Experience supporting Linux (RHEL\CentOS) environment. Deployment dockers using docker-compose; Understanding the principles of operation of multi-level applications (frontend, backend, database); Knowledge of T-SQL (MSSQL) will be a plus; Proficiency in English at a level sufficient to work with technical documentation. WHAT YOU NEED TO DO: Participate in pilots and projects for the implementation and development of monitoring and automation systems of corporate applications; Conducting pre-project surveys - collecting initial data, formalizing requirements, conducting audits; Customizing and configuring integrations with external systems of monitoring and automation systems; Preparation of project documentation; And most importantly, These are:Monitoring:Performing tasks to support Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) roles, monitoring and notification support;Updating SCOM infrastructure, timely installation of patches and product change packages, RBAC management, creation of new views;Supporting APM Dynatrace: Cluster, ActiveGate, OneAgent (Dynatrace CMC, REST API); Creation of Grafana (9.x) Dashboards (Source PromQL, Flux/Influx) and management of Unified Alerts (MS Teams, Telegram, Custom webhook, E-mail); On-prem Gitlab version support; Support InfluxDB/Telegraf.Automation:Automation of tasks using Microsoft Opalis/SCORCH, PageDuty Rundeck products;Gitlab CI/CD support and configuration;Deployment Docker Containers;Creation of Webhooks using Python and the Rundeck plugin.WHAT OUR CLIENT OFFERS:Remote full-time employment; Flexible work schedule; Contract with FOP (support available); Medical insurance; Discounts on company products and services.
