Mobile Team Leader in SevenPro

About you:

We are seeking a dynamic Mobile App Team Leader with a strong background in Android development to lead our mobile application development team (both iOS and Android). This role involves directing and coordinating the activities of a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain innovative mobile applications. The ideal candidate will possess a mix of leadership skills and hands-on technical expertise in Android/iOS app development.

Your area of responsibility:

• Leading, mentoring, and managing a mobile app development team, fostering collaboration and productivity;
• Planning and overseeing projects from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget;
• Conducting regular team meetings to monitor progress and address challenges;
• Hands-on developing and oversight of Android and iOS applications, ensuring code quality and security;
• Staying updated on mobile app development trends;
• Collaborating with UX/UI designers to meet customer needs;
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues;
• Overseeing testing and quality assurance for Android and iOS apps;
• Monitoring app performance and user feedback for future enhancements.

Skills and requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
• Proven experience as a team leader or senior developer in mobile app development, with a strong portfolio of Android applications;
• Expertise in Android SDK, Java, Kotlin, and related technologies;
• Experience in iOS development, Swift, and related technologies;
• Strong understanding of mobile app design principles, patterns, and best practices;
• Experience with agile development methodologies;
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills;
• At least Upper-intermediate English level.

Will be a plus

• Experience in developing healthcare mobile applications.
