Current Project Team: PM BA QA Full Stack developer Tech expert (part time) CTO from the client’s side 2Middle/Junior Developers from the client’s side Role Responsibilities 👨‍💻 Perform comprehensive technical audits ofmobile applications toassess code quality, performance, security, and adherence tobest practices. Provide actionable recommendations and solutions toaddress identified issues and optimize application performance. Collaborate with project stakeholders toanalyze customer requirements, business objectives, and technical constraints. Evaluate various technology stacks and frameworks todetermine the most efficient and suitable options for specific business tasks. Make informed recommendations ontechnology selection based onproject requirements, scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability. Ensure mobile development projects adhere toapproved technical designs, architecture patterns, and coding standards. Provide guidance and oversight toensure consistent implementation ofdesign decisions throughout the development lifecycle. Provide mentorship and technical guidance toother developers, assisting them inunderstanding project requirements and resolving technical challenges. Act asaresource for developers, offering expertise and support tohelp them stay ontrack and meet project deadlines. Participate inthe recruitment process byconducting technical interviews and evaluating candidates’ skills and qualifications. Foster open communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, andQA engineers. Skill set and experience webelieve you should have for that role 🤓 Atleast 5years ofextensive experience inmobile application development for both Android and iOS platforms. Proficiency inmobile development frameworks such asFlutter, Ionic, orReact Native. Commercial experience with Ionic and one ofthe mentioned above isamust. Strong analytical skills with the ability toanalyze customer requirements, assess technology options, and make data-driven decisions Leadership qualities with the ability tomentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and support. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability totroubleshoot technical issues, debug code, and implement effective solutions. Excellent communication skills with the ability toeffectively communicate technical concepts toboth technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience inconducting technical interviews and making hiring decisions toonboard talented individuals tothe development team.
