We are an IT company engaged in the development of mobile applications for Android and IOS. In connection with the growth of the team and ambitions, we aim to strengthen our work in marketing. Responsibilities: Management of advertising campaigns in traffic sources: FB (AEM, SKAD, Web2app), Google Ads (UAC / Search Web2app) from 2 years. Settings attribution of various traffic sources. Use of the latest trends in purchasing and analytics. Distribution of budgets between applications and channels. Scaling of existing advertising campaigns. Testing of creatives (in parallel with existing advertising companies). campaignsProduct analytics (Data.ai, etc.) Working with internal cross-promotional traffic between applications, planning its use, monitoring effectiveness. Searching for new effective promotion channels. Monitoring the application market, studying niches and trends. Requirements: Experience with Android and iOS applications with subscription monetization from 2 years. Deep understanding and ability to customize the work of SKAD and other attribution models. Experience in independent planning and development of application marketing strategies. Analytical mindset (full understanding of such indicators as CTR, IP, IPM, CPI, CPA , ROI, CAC, ARPU, LTV, etc.);Understanding ASO for Google Play and App Store. Patience and perseverance are your strong points. It will be a plus: Experience of starting projects from scratch. Experience of working with other traffic attraction platforms.
