We are looking for an experienced and motivated mobile dev lead to join our ambitious team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to innovate and lead a team to success while working on exciting projects.

About you

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in creating native mobile applications for Android and iOS.
• Technical knowledge: Deep knowledge of programming languages ​​such as Swift, Java, Kotlin. Experience with SQLite and development environments (XCode, Android Studio).
• Design and architecture: Ability to effectively apply well-known design patterns and deep knowledge of service-oriented architecture principles.
• Optimization: Experience in memory management, performance tuning and resource optimization for mobile applications.
• Leadership: High level of collaboration and leadership skills for project success.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Decision Making: Strong decision-making skills to face complex technical challenges and make informed decisions.
• Education: Higher technical education in the field of information technology, computer science or related specialties.
• Additional knowledge: Knowledge of CI/CD practices and experience in their application. Knowledge of mobile application security best practices. Understanding of UX design principles and ability to work closely with UX/UI designers. Experience working in Agile environments and knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
