We’re looking for an experienced Digital Advertising Specialist to join one of our biggest products — Setapp.

Setapp is MacPaw’s subscription-based app service for macOS and iOS. It provides access to 240+ Mac and iOS apps for daily tasks covering productivity, lifestyle, web development, Mac maintenance, creativity, writing, education, and personal finance.

The Digital Advertising Specialist will be a part of the Marketing Operation team and primarily work with Setapp Mobile, an alternative app marketplace for the EU region. Reporting to the Acquisition Marketing Manager, this position will be responsible for digital advertising campaign planning and execution, including strategy development, media planning and budgeting, campaign setup, reporting, and optimization.

In this role, you will:

• Manage advertising campaigns (primarily focused on Facebook Ads and Google Ads search campaigns) to reach product goals aligned with marketing strategy
• Сreate and manage ad campaigns according to channel strategy to reach product goals
• Determine ways of addressing ad to target audience (targeting methods, content of ad material) to increase campaign effectiveness
• Monitor metrics of ad campaigns to identify deviations and timely implement adjustments to ensure goals achievement and campaigns effectiveness
• Prepare regular reporting on campaign performance
• Maintain relationships with external partners, participate in negotiations, discuss cooperation terms, organize contract signing and payment processes

• Keep abreast of emerging advertising market trends to increase the channels’ efficiency and upgrade ad tools if needed

   

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• 2+ years experience in digital advertising marketing, particularly in managing Facebook Ads
• Intermediate level of English
• Solid knowledge of other paid channels/campaign types, such as Google Ads, Google Shopping Campaigns, etc.
• 1+ years experience in mobile user acquisition via web
• Understanding of how to create and iterate mobile creative concepts (static visuals, UGC, and in-house video content)
• Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and generate useful reports that inform decision-making
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Google Sheets is an option)
• Strong experience with analytics and tracking tools, proficient in Google Analytics
• Experience in hypothesis validation and running A/B tests
• A great mix of creative and analytical thinking

• A sense of ownership, ability to self-manage, and great communication skill

   

As a plus:

• Hands-on experience with growth hacking techniques and a demonstrated history of growth success
• Experience with TikTok and X acquisition
• Successful English copy-testing experience

• SaaS niche experience
