Mobile Designer for iOS Applications (Gambling/Betting/Utilities) in SoftTeam

We are looking for experienced designers for one of our internal projects - SmartApps. 

SmartApps  focus is on developing iOS applications for Affiliate Marketing, particularly in the Gambling, Betting, and Utilities sectors.

Location: Remote, with potential for hybrid or onsite work in one of our offices in Ukraine or Poland after 1-3 months of successful collaborations.

Role:

You will be responsible for creating unique designs for iOS applications. 

Our work process involves a task board system where design orders are updated 2 to 4 times a month. 

Each task comes with a detailed brief, including functionality requirements, thematic guidelines, and additional details for implementation. 

Once you complete a design, it will be reviewed by the responsible manager and then passed on to development. Note that applications might require redesigns based on Apple Store moderation feedback. 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in mobile design for Gambling and betting.
• Experience in designing for Gambling, Betting, and Utilities applications.
• Knowledge of Apple's app guidelines.
• Practical experience in optimizing design workflows (including asset creation, using AI tools, and preparing templates).
• Ability to deliver over 10 designs per month.
• Proactive and independent work approach.
• Ability to conduct research on relevant verticals (finding game examples, palettes, assets, and applications).

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process design orders from our internal task board (ClickUp).
• Create unique designs based on the given briefs and requirements.
• Work remotely initially, with the potential for hybrid or onsite work in our offices.
• Compensation includes a base salary and bonuses based on KPIs.
