Mobile banking project managerFunctional responsibilities: Project management for the development, implementation and support of the product - Internet and Mobile banking for individuals Researching the customer experience of competitors, and formulating proposals for product development BackLog management of the backlog of development and changes (formation of hypotheses, description of requirements/tasks, prioritization work on them), management of RoadMap and priorities Joint implementation of the product with interested divisions of the bank (Department of Information Systems, Department of Operations Support, Bank Sales Department, Risk Management, etc.) Preparation of reports by direction, monitoring of product performance Monitoring of current legislation related to development and support of Internet and Mobile banking services for individuals; Analysis and work with reviews, feedback and wishes of users and clients. Description of new and existing business processes, preparation of regulatory documents Support of cooperation with contractors related to Internet services and Mobile banking; Requirements for candidates: Higher education Experience working with Internet and Mobile banking projects in a bank or IT companies Knowledge of banking technologies, banking products, functionality of various Internet and Mobile banking; Experience in writing business requirements, regarding the introduction of new products and services or services; The level of an experienced user, skills and knowledge of the basics of work in MS Office programs (Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Project). Skills in using software products: those used in the Bank (preferred); Basic knowledge of Ukrainian legislation and regulatory legal acts of the NBU banking (preferred). The ability to work in a team; The presence of a military ticket or a temporary certificate of conscript (for men).
