In seven years we have created more than 150 products including Dollar-Shave Club, Goat and Aspiration. Our RnD team launched 7 successful startups, among them: Plai, Sommo, Dyvo and Rozmova.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering or related field;
• 2+ years of commercial experience in Machine Learning and Data Science;
• Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and models;
• Deep understanding of Deep Learning methods and models, including CNN, RNN, LSTM and Transformer;
• Rython programming skills;
• Experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn;
• Practical knowledge and skills of deploying Machine Learning/Deep Learning models using Docker or other tools;
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment;
• Knowledge of the English language (written and spoken) at the Upper-Intermediate level and above (B2+).

Will be a plus:

• Previous experience in Computer Vision and/or Natural Language Processing (NLP) projects;
• Experience with OpenAI API;
• Knowledge or experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve specific business problems;
• Knowledge of prompt engineering methodologies to improve accuracy and relevance of LLMs results;
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (for example, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud);
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes.

Your tasks:

• Development and implementation of Machine Learning algorithms and models for solving complex business problems using modern approaches and technologies;
• Creation and integration of APIs for interaction with Machine Learning models, as well as development of products that include Machine Learning models as key functions;
• Close cooperation with software developers and other stakeholders to design, develop, deploy and support Machine Learning solutions;
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and build predictive models that meet business needs;
• Optimization of Machine Learning models with an emphasis on their performance, scalability, efficiency and stability;
• Deployment of models in production using modern CI/CD tools, monitoring their performance and ensuring smooth operation in real time;
• Work on automation of Machine Learning model deployment processes, including setting up continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD);
• Tracking the latest trends in the field of Machine Learning, data processing and implementing innovative practices in your own projects.
