Military Records Specialist in Autodoc

We are looking for a Military Accounting Specialist to join our People Team in Ukraine. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating military records of employees in accordance with current labor legislation and regulatory requirements.

Main duties:

Maintaining military records:

• Maintaining and updating military records conscripts, conscripts and reservists in accordance with the rules of military accounting.

• Ensuring compliance of accounting with current legislation.

Checking documents:

• Checking the availability and validity of military accounting documents for new employees.

• Checking the registration of employees on site residence.

Information of employees:

• Information of conscripts, conscripts and reservists about their obligations regarding military records during recruitment and during the employment period.

Working with subpoenas:

• Notification of employees about summonses (subpoenas) and control timely attendance at territorial recruitment and social support centers or other relevant bodies.

Reporting and interaction with bodies:

• Preparation and submission of reports and necessary information to relevant state bodies (TCC and SP, SBU, etc.) upon request.

• Preparation of annual reporting on the state of military personnel accounting.

Data updating:

• Regular verification, updating and accuracy control of personal military accounting data.

• Ensuring compliance of information in internal systems with military accounting documents.

Mobilization preparation:

• Preparation and submission of documents regarding reservists during the mobilization period.

• Registration of removal from military registration after reaching the maximum age of being in the reserve.

Compliance control:

• Conducting regular internal checks of the military accounting.

• Interaction with military authorities to confirm the correctness of documents.

• Participation in the development of military accounting plans for the next year.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Availability of a state certificate sample about training in the Military Accounting Rules according to the program approved by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

• Experience in personnel administration or in a similar position.

• Experience as a military accounting specialist from 1 year.

• High level of responsibility and attentiveness to details.

• Developed communication skills.

• Abilityto work with large amounts of data.

• The ability to effectively organize work and work in multitasking mode.

• Knowledge of the English language at the Pre-Intermediate level and above will be an advantage.
