The "Caritas of Ukraine" Foundation is looking for a Military Accounting Specialist

> to communicate qualitatively within the organization and with relevant state institutions. It is important for us that the candidate for this position is attentive to details and takes responsibility for his line of work, administers personnel processes with quality, is attentive to requests and to the people with whom he works, in accordance with the needs of the organization, and also - professionally draws up the necessary documents, in accordance with current legislation and the requirements of current standards, taking into account the peculiarities of the work of non-profit organizations.

Main duties:

  • maintenance of military records according to lists of personal military records and administration of data of conscripts at registration for employment, dismissal from work, change of employee registration data.
  • verification of military registration documents of employees and the information contained in these documents regarding the availability of updated data in accordance with the norms of current legislation
  • registration necessary documents for booking employees and releasing them from work in connection with mobilization
  • reconciliation of lists of personal military records with entries in their military records of employees and data of lists of personal military records with accounting documents of the relevant TCC and SP.
  • notifying employees about their summons to the TCC and SP
  • register of movement and storage of military personnel records
  • preparation and submission of information to the relevant TCC and SP about conscripts, conscripts, whose personal military records they keep.
  • providing advice on military records to fund employees, interaction with the TCC
  • ensuring the completeness and reliability of accounting data entered into the lists personal military accounting, information of operational accounting and ensuring the confidentiality of information
  • development of methodological recommendations for keeping military accounting
  • preparation of information and relevant materials for employees of the fund regarding the legislative obligations of the organization and employees, respectively to the rules of military accounting
  • maintenance of personnel records of employees in cooperation with department employees
  • participation in the development of regulations and procedures of the department
  • close cooperation with the legal department

Requirements

Qualification:

  • Higher education
  • Experience in military accounting
  • Certificate on upgrading the qualifications of a person responsible fordays of military registration (if available, it will be an advantage)

Possession of the following knowledge :

  • Knowledge of legislation on keeping military records, reservation of conscripts.
  • Code labor laws of Ukraine;
  • Standards and unification of forms of personnel documentation;
  • Standards of internal labor regulations (including remote work).
  • Procedure for development and implementation of policies and procedures regulating military accounting and personnel accounting;

  • Ukrainian - fluent
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work

  • Ability to use modern technologies for decision-making and process management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
