Specialist in military accounting in ACINO Ukrayina

We are inviting a specialist in military accounting to the company of professionals.

Main duties and tasks:

Maintaining military records of conscripts, conscripts and reservists :

• administrating the data of conscripts when registering for work;
• communication and interaction with the TCC, reconciliation and informing, passing inspections;
• reporting on military accounting according to legislation;
• providing advice on military accounting to employees;
• support of all stages of employee booking.

Monitoring legislation on military accounting and labor, providing advice to employees and managers.

Tou can try yourself for this role if you have:

• Higher education (preferably legal, economic, personnel management);
• Knowledge of the regulatory framework and legislation in the field of military accounting, booking, mobilization, the basics of labor legislation and personnel administration;
• Experience of working with ERP systems, knowledge of 1C;
• Experience of interaction with the TCC and SP;
• Experience of working with conscripts (reconciliation of personal information, conducting explanatory work, etc.);
• Experience of successfully passing inspections by regulatory bodies.
