Military accounting inspector in Yuzhne in Allseeds

Allseedsone of the largest producers and exporters of vegetable oils and meal in Ukraine, which owns the deepest in Ukraine of the port "Pivdenniy" with a modern multifunctional plant for the processing of oil crops. We invite to our team a Military Accounts InspectorMain duties:

• ensure the maintenance of military records taking into account the requirements of the legislation;
• check Ukrainian citizens at the time of employment for the presence of military registration documents;
• maintain the necessary reporting in accordance with the requirements legislation;
• to conduct explanatory work among conscripts, conscripts and reservists regarding their compliance with the rules of military accounting;
• to ensure the completeness and reliability of accounting data entered into the lists of personal of military accounting, with which employment contracts have been concluded;
• maintain and store accounting logs of the results of checking the status of military accounting;
• Interaction with the TCC and JV Monitoring of the regulatory framework for maintaining military accounting (Laws, Resolutions , instructions)

Requirements:

• higher education: jurisprudence, law

  • experience in a similar position from the 1st year
  • free orientation in the current legislation in the field of military accounting, personnel administration, labor law
  • confident PC user
  • Work experience in 1C
  • Knowledge and current work experience in military accounting
  • Communicability
  • Readiness for local business trips (trips to the TCC, personal presence, standing in line)
  • Competent speech and spelling (correctness of filling out personal files/cards/letters/reports).
