Inspector of military accounting in EVA – liniya magaziniv

We invite to the team a Specialist in military accounting.

Location — the central office of the company in Dnipro (working format is purely office, Mon-Fri, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)

The main task is to maintain military records at the enterprise from scratch in accordance with the legislation.

For now, in the future, we plan to expand the direction.

< b style="font-weight: 700">Duties:

• keeping personal military records of conscripts, of conscripts and reservists working in the Company.
• checking upon hiring that citizens have military registration documents in accordance with legislation, ensuring the availability of all necessary documents.
• keeping necessary lists in accordance with the requirements of the law
• systematic accounting of changes in conscripts, conscripts and reservists: marital status, address of residence, official position, technical training, education
• drafting of booking documents of conscripts in accordance with current requirements
• interaction with territorial recruitment and social support centers
• keeping records of mobilized workers
• notifying workers

Knowledge and experience requirements:

• knowledge of regulations in the field of military accounting, mobilization and booking (tracking changes in legislation)
• confident mastery of MS OFFICE (Word, Excel, 1C)
