Requirements:

• higher education: jurisprudence, law
• work experience in a similar position from the 1st year
• free orientation in the current legislation in the field of military accounting, personnel administration, labor law< /li>
• ability to negotiate with government bodies
• confident user of MS Office package.

Main duties:

• keeping personal military records of conscripts, conscripts and reservists working in the Company.
• checking during hiring that citizens have military registration documents in accordance with the legislation, ensuring the availability of all necessary documents.
• maintenance of necessary lists in accordance with the requirements of the law
• systematic accounting of changes in conscripts, conscripts and reservists: marital status, address of residence, official position, technical training, education
• drafting of documents for booking conscripts in accordance with current requirements
• cooperation with territorial recruitment and social support centers
• keeping records of mobilized employees
• notifying employees
