Alcest company is one of the largest national operators in Ukraine, which specializes in professional tools, equipment and gardening equipment, is looking for a specialist for the position of Military Accounts Inspector. /strong>

• Knowledge of labor legislation and regulations governing military accounting.
• A legal education is desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels, including employees of TCC and JV.
• Experience of working with TCC and JV or in TCC and JV.
• Work experience in the field of accounting.

  Key tasks:

  • Interaction with TCC divisions and joint ventures throughout Ukraine regarding military registration and reservation of employees.
  • Implementation checking the compliance of military registration documents (before employment).
  • Preparation of TCC and SP notifications about changes in registration data (recruitment, transfer, dismissal, changes in marital status and family composition).
  • Forming the necessary documents for registering and booking employees.
  • Correspondence with all the military commissariats where our employees are registered, as well as correspondence with the General Staff, the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Defense.
  • Timely processing of documents for booking conscripts in accordance with current requirements.
  • Consulting employees on military accounting.
  • Work planning related to military accounting.
  • Compilation of reports on the number of employees and conscripts.
  • Monitoring of the regulatory framework for keeping military records (Laws, Resolutions, instructions).
