That's why we want you to be authentic, be yourself.Be the Original You!Job DescriptionProvides expertise regarding timeline, effort, risks of large-scale migration efforts to ensure that the data is migrated accurately, securely, and efficientlyDesigning an appropriate data migration solution , creating data migration strategy and Technical Specification documentsBuild, test, execute, and handle data migration solutionsPlan, implement and monitor data migration programs or activitiesPerform data profiling, data validations, data cleansing & data enrichmentAnalyze data volumes and data content to prepare sound migration routinesResolve data migration issues, and provide technical support for the data migration process to ensure that it runs smoothly and efficientlyUnderstand and develop methods to verify successful migrations and to install quality gatesSupport the test- and migration-teams to create a robust migration infrastructure and technical environmentPrepare and execute testing procedures to ensure that the migrated data is accurate and consistent with client specifications Prepare and orchestrate together with the Migration-Manager the rehearsals and dry runs Prepare and execute together with all involved parties the actual production migrations, create, and ensure quality gates Consult with various stakeholders including subject matter experts to understand the source and target data models and business requirementsWork closely with vendor personnel to understand the requirements regarding data objects of the new systemWork closely with bank experts to understand the existing data structures and objects, their semantics and volumesWork closely with respective development teams to address and specify dedicated migration tools and functionsDevelop a detailed understanding of data models for projects that are part of current and future migrationsCreating documentation of the project process to serve as a guide for future migration projectsIdentify opportunities for enhancement, automation, and optimization.Qualifications5+ years of relevant work experience& full implementation projects experience, doing blueprint design, implementation, customization, configuration, and post-Go Live supportExperience is working in banking sectorExpert knowledge of Data Migration processes and tools & experience working on large-scale data migration projectsExperience with analyzing data models in both source and target system landscapes and defining appropriate mappings and transformations necessary to successfully migrate the relevant dataKnowledge of Data Quality, Profiling and Cleansing, Data harmonizationWell-versed in Mapping, Transformation, Enrichment, Validation, Migration, and Reconciliation post migrationA collaborative talent who wants to be a part of a cross-functional team in an organization with personal, professional, and cultural diversityHave a creative mindset to adapt to the ever-changing conditions of this areaComprehensive written and verbal skills coupled with problem-solving abilities and organizational skillsHigh analytical and critical-thinking skillsGood stakeholder management skillsShould be able to work efficiently, identify problems and provide solutions.Additional InformationInterested?Apply your CV in English!
