ABOUT THE CLIENT:

Client has been serving technology solutions to the New York real estate industry for over a quarter of a century. Since there is no universally accepted MLS system in this industry, the client's application environment is a system that transmits information from one firm to another with up-to-the-minute accuracy. This system has grown from 10 firms and 300 listings exchanged daily to nearly 500 firms and 10,000 listings exchanged daily under REBNY's RLS guidelines.

The client supports a full-service listing system application used by 300 firms. Its products include, inter alia, a full-service listing application that supports both end-user agent and data entry, a mobile listing application, multiple listing channels, ready-made and customized VOW options, and marketing services consisting of customized brochures, an interface with the New York Times Ad Times 2000, and a proprietary advertising tool called Premium Marketing Opportunity (PMO). The client has many years of experience in successful data conversion, integration and development of individual business solutions.

ABOUT THE PROJECT:

There is a powerful web application that allows a New York real estate agent to find properties available for sale, rent, etc. and also generate various reports for agent's clients.

YOUR TEAM:

We have created a team of 30 people from the Ukrainian side and we are not going to stop there. Due to new business challenges, we are ready to hire 5 more team members.

Currently our friendly team consists of FullStack .Net Developers, Frontend Developers, QA, DBA, BA, Researcher and Designer.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Design, create and maintain an effective, suitable for reusable and robust code with MAUI
• Develop and maintain Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) for a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms
• Implement new features and capabilities into existing mobile and web applications
• Manage the process of deploying hybrid mobile applications to the Apple App Store
• Stay on top of new technologies and trends in mobile application development
• Work closely with product -managers, designers and other developers to understand project requirements and create high-quality mobile and web solutions

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• 3 or more years of development experience mobile applications on Xamarin/MAUI
• It is necessary to have experience in deploying a hybrid application in the App Store
• Experience with ASP.NET Core, Angular
• Excellent communication and interaction skills
• Experience in developing scalable solutions and pipelines
• Intermediate level of English
