Middle Wordpress/WooCommerce Developer in Galaktica

We are the Ukrainian product IT company Galaktica, which has been successfully creating and promoting its online projects on the world market for over 4 years. 

We are currently actively investing in scaling our own full-cycle marketing agency and are looking for a top Middle Wordpress/WooCommerce Developer, who together with us will implement cool projects for our clients and grow in their competences. 

As part of working on projects, your goals will be:

• Qualitatively estimate development terms;
• Choose the best technological stack according to the client's request;
• Offer the most optimal solutions for the development of certain features;
• Develop cool sites and landing pages;
• Refactor and bugfix already written sites.

Required Hard Skills:

• 2+ years of experience developing and supporting commercial products in WordPress for WooCommerce, including custom theme and plugin development and payment integration;
• Advanced experience in managing MySQL databases.
• Experience of working with WP Multisite, Multilanguage, ACF, WPML;
• Sure knowledge of PHP, OOP;
• Sure knowledge of JavaScript ES6+ (jQuery);
• Semantic adaptive cross-browser layout according to the BEM methodology;
• Sure knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 (Flex, Grid);
• Experience with Figma;
• Experience with preprocessors (Sass);
• Sure knowledge of Gulp, Webpack;
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.

It will be a plus:

• Portfolio showing work on projects for WooCommerce
• English language skills at B2+ level and above
