Middle UX/UI Designer (web + mobile) in Antagosoft

We are looking for experienced and proactive UX/UI designers who will communicate with customers, design convenient interfaces and be able to create stylish masterpieces from our sites and applications.< /p>

What we definitely expect

— from 3 years of commercial work experience as a UX/UI designer in an IT company

- a strong portfolio with various works: design concepts, branding, interface prototypes, site designs, mobile applications

- conversational English at the B2 Upper-Intermediate level with experience of direct communication with clients

- the ability to present your work and justify your decisions, the ability to effectively defend project positions and find solutions during negotiations

- excellent communication skills, the ability to build relationships with development teams, stakeholders, potential by users

— high level of attention to detail, organization, responsibility and results orientation

— ability to consistently create creative, intuitive and attractive concepts without the help of others

— strong analytical skills, understanding of user needs and behavior in large products with complex logic

— knowledge of UI construction principles, understanding of modern UX design principles, working with design systems and tools

— willingness to constantly improve both independently and together with the company, regularly update knowledge of industry trends to improve the quality of design and user experience

- Master's degree in design, computer science or engineering

- understanding of html/css/js, responsive layout, mobile cross-platform development

- ability to work with block site builders and CMS (Webflow, WP)

- knowledge of the principles of motion design, experience working with animations

- basic knowledge of marketing, project management, conducting UX research

Stages of communication by vacancy:

— short dialmeeting with the recruiter, discussion of job vacancies, checking the level of English
