Middle+ UX/UI Designer (CRO) in Scale Final

We are seeking a Middle+ UI/UX Designer (CRO Designer) to join our energetic team of individuals tasked with achieving results and enjoying a high level of autonomy. 
 

Responsibilities:

• A/B Testing: Design and implement A/B tests to evaluate changes to UI elements.
• User Research: Conduct user research and usability tests to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Data Analysis: Analyze conversion metrics and user behavior data to inform design decisions.
• UI/UX Design: Create user-centric designs that enhance the user experience and drive conversions.
• Landing Page Optimization: Design and optimize landing pages to increase conversion rates.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to align design strategies with business goals.

Required Skills:

• Design Proficiency: Expertise in UI/UX design, with a focus on user experience and visual design.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and use insights to drive design decisions.
• Tools: Proficiency with design and analytics tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar.
• A/B Testing Tools: Experience with tools like Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize.
• HTML/CSS Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to collaborate effectively with developers.

Desired Experience:

• E-commerce/Marketing: Experience in designing for e-commerce sites or marketing campaigns.
• UX Research: Background in conducting user research and usability testing.

• Conversion Rate Optimization: Proven track record of improving conversion rates through design.
