IT Step Academy is looking for a Middle UX/UI Designer to join our team to help us create incredible products. We are in looking for talent who: Has a portfolio of projects that demonstrate a deep understanding of UX/UI design. Has deep knowledge of the principles of usability, interface design, and has an understanding of the laws and heuristics of creating a user experience. Knows how to dive into the guidelines of iOS, Android and come out of them with innovative solutions. Skills that matter: Confident mastery of Adobe XD and other tools that are in the arsenal of a modern designer. Professional experience in designing web and mobile applications, from idea to launch. Experience with animation of interfaces and visualization. Strong communication skills for effective cooperation with development teams and customers. Development of high-quality prototypes, user flow and interfaces that solve real user problems. Collaboration with analysts to measure design effectiveness and implement data-based optimizations.
