UI/UX design and development studio looking for a talented and organized full-time Middle UX/UI Designer who will join our team:)
✅ What is important to us:- Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in UX/UI design
—Experience in UX research
—Current visuals in the portfolio, understanding of market trends
—Ability to create a design that meets the client's needs
—High level of mastery Figma
—Understanding the processes of transferring files to development
—Ability to present and argue your decisions in English (B1-B2 and above)
✅ Your future goals and tasks:
- Work on products (primarily), promo websites and internal projects of our studio, working with a team of professional 3D artists, motion designers and developers to achieve the best results
✅ It will be a plus if you:
— Have experience working with design systems
— Have skills in working with web analytics
— Can work with Webflow, Framer, Flutter and other No-code tools
— Flexibility in processes and KPI (we are always focused on the result)< br/>— A team of people with an open-minded mindset
— Full-time schedule with a flexible, loyal approach and autonomy in processes
— Focus on development (playgrounds, English corp., courses and speakers)
— Built-in onboarding processes, performance review and individual development plans
— Comfortable and modern office in Kyiv and the possibility to work remotely
