Middle UX\UI Designer in King Grup

We are looking for a talented Middle UX/UI Designer who will help us create stylish, intuitive and effective interfaces. If you are creative, user-oriented and know how to combine functionality with aesthetics, this job is for you!

Required skills and knowledge:

• UI expertise. Pixel-perfect layouts, literate typography and coloristics, micro-animations, work with design systems (creation, scaling, documentation).
• Advanced UX. Building complex user scenarios, thoughtful CJM/flow diagrams, high-precision prototypes, conducting and analyzing usability tests.
• Research skills. Competitive and analytical research; the ability to transform results into specific design solutions.
• Product thinking. You clearly formulate the problem, propose design solutions, measure their impact on key metrics (conversion, retention, LTV, etc.).
• End-to-end delivery. You get the feature "from scratch": from ideas and UX concepts for pixels in production; closely cooperate with PM, dev and QA, monitor implementation.
• Work with references. Quickly find relevant examples, justify choices and adapt to product goals.
• Team interaction. Able to present solutions, defend them to stakeholders and give constructive feedback colleagues.
   

Will be a plus:

• Launch of several large-scale features or redesigns that have proven their effectiveness in metrics.
• Experience in mentoring or reviewing work junior designers.
• Skills in motion design, 3D/illustration or front-end base (HTML/CSS, design tokens).
• Experience with iOS/Android mobile applications.
