Requirements:

• Availability of product experience;
< li>Examples of Web and Mobile works in the portfolio;
• Initiative and proactivity;
• Attention to details;
• Argumentation of proposed solutions;
• Knowledge of UX methodologies;
• Fluency in Figma: local variables, components, options, autolayouts, styles, prototypes;
• Knowledge of design guidelines for mobile interfaces;
• Understanding the principles of working with a design system, understanding the construction of atomic design;
• Experience with Jira;
• Desire to improve the product with the help of your solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Creation of low/hi-fi concepts, as well as turning them into prototypes for further hypothesis testing;
• Understanding the creation of flowcharts;
• Generation ideas for prototyping, concept drawing and layouts, adaptation and transfer to layout;
• Work on improving the design system, communication and transfer of components to developers;
• Description of components, thinking of logic and mechanics;
• Maintaining and improving consistency between iOS and Web versions;
• Author supervision of developers;
• Preparation of final layouts based on design system components;
• Creation and documentation of new design system components;
• Work with different teams, including product owner, developers, marketing, testers.

If this is not possible, prepare mock-ups to demonstrate during the interview using a screencast. This will help us gauge your Figma proficiency and understanding of atomic design.
