I Ira - Head of Marketing, started her career on the project from the position of a creative marketer and in 3 years grew into the leader of the entire marketing department. I am currently looking for a results-oriented Middle User Acquisition Manager who will strengthen our marketing team and, thanks to his own ambition, creativity and perseverance, help us grow many times faster and more efficiently.

Working with us in this position, you will be able to directly influence the business and its results, while growing quickly professionally and professionally.

Your duties will be:

• Launch, evaluate and optimize Meta advertising campaigns to achieve CAC targets and maximize ROI;
• Manage advertising budgets to effectively achieve marketing and business KPIs;
• Continuous sourcing, testing new engagement approaches and practices to improve primary metrics and results;
• Collaborating with the creative and design team to create and scale successful ad creatives.

< strong>What knowledge and skills will you need for this position:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing in the field of mobile applications;
• Work experience with SKAN / web2app procurement, ability to work with MMP (Appsflyer, Adjust etc.), understanding of mobile attribution;
• Proven ability to effectively manage a marketing budget of $100,000 per month;
• Deep understanding of marketing metrics such as: CTR, CPC, CPI, CPT, CPA, ROI, ROAS, Churn Rate and how to influence them;
• Analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions;
• Entrepreneurial spirit and constant desire to improve and learn;
• English level Upper Intermediate and above.
