Who are we and what are we doing?

At KAPPS, our development team takes ideas from concepts to pixelated in-game realities. We specialize in Games, VR, 3D Art, SDKs, and Unity asset development. As we continue to grow, we are seeking Unity developers who are keen to take their careers to the next level within our dynamic team.

Our mission is simple: To bring pixels to life within the in-game realities.

How do we imagine you? You have:
— solid experience with Unity3D knowledge;
— solid experience with code reading, writing, and debugging skills;
— have experience working with URP;
— experience with iOS and Android publishing process;
— solid experience using version control systems;
— solid experience with Task Tracking Systems.

Setting Project Expectations for You:
— Design, develop, and maintain gameplay features using Unity and C#;
— Implement game mechanics, controls, and user interfaces;
— Work closely with game designers and artists to bring their vision to life;
— Optimize game performance and memory usage for various platforms;
— Knowledge of Photon, Photon Animations will be a significant bonus.
URP:
— Create and manage materials using URP’s material system, including custom shaders, textures, and material properties;
— Implement techniques such as GPU instancing, occlusion culling, and level of detail (LOD) to improve frame rates.
