The Role:

We are looking for UI/UX Designer with a focus on web-based platforms to grow up and develop products from our ecosystem . You will work closely with lead designers, product managers, and business stakeholders directly, working from rough mockups and prototypes to fully specified financial product tools.

● 3+ years of prior work experience;

● Strong working knowledge of Figma;

● Demonstrated passion for Visual Design and pixel-perfect;

● Having experience in graphic design and marketing stuff;

● Following design guidelines and products ecosystem rules;

● Excellent communication skills;

● Attention to details, iterative approach, team-oriented;

● Ability to explain and describe your design solutions;

● Upper-Intermediate English level;

● Portfolio of completed projects.

● Experience with complex data-based products (including data visualization, and data management);

● Creating UI animation;

● A common understanding of FE technologies.

● Create and maintain a Design System in close collaboration with developers;

● Transform business ideas into creative, simple, and responsive UI under technology and time constraints, working closely with peers in Design, Product Management & Development;

● Working with the Sales team to create all necessary marketing stuff related to products;

● Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and final designs across all desktop, mobile, and tablet devices;

● Manage and maintain visual quality assurance to ensure development executes consistently on our design system.
