Middle UI/UX Designer in Paymentop

As a Middle UI/UX Designer at Paymentop, you will play a crucial role in our mission to enhance user satisfaction and loyalty through the utility, ease of use, and pleasure provided in the interaction with our products. Your expertise in UX research, UX/UI design, and analytics will contribute to the continuous improvement of our payment solutions, making them more intuitive and accessible for users worldwide.

Key tasks and role:

UX Research

- Conduct competitor and customer analysis

- Develop personas and usage scenarios

- Explain user research results to internal and external stakeholders

- Create user-centered designs by understanding business

requirements and user feedback

- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups

- Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design

patterns and attractive user interfaces

- Optimize existing user interface designs

- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)

- Conduct ongoing user research

- Run user testing of applications, software and websites

- Communicate with customers & stakeholders to understand their

business goals and objectives

- Communicate scenarios (hypothetical users), end-to-end

experiences, interaction models, and screen designs to other

people working on a product

UX Design

- Develop technical and business requirements and intuitive and

user-centered solutions

- Develop and maintaining design wireframes (basic mockups of

applications) and specifications

- Consider existing applications and evaluate their UX (user

experience) effectiveness

- Improve the UX of a product software

- Test new ideas before implementing them

UI Design

- Improve the look and feel of a product software

- Develop and maintain of UI kit

- Design UI elements such as input controls, navigational

components and informational components

- Create original UI designs (e.g. images, sketches, tables, etc.)

- Work with the team to incorporate a visual or brand identity into

the finished product

Analytics

- Incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability

findings into the design to enhancing user experience

- Analyze user feedback and activity and iterating to enhance the

user experience

- Create surveys for research through various social media

platforms to gather feedback on users' ease of use

- Collaborate with the product (Developers&QA) and management

teams

- Perfect knowledge of the product
