We are looking for a Middle/Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team, someone who is dedicated to crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences.

The project involves a deep understanding of user needs, rigorous user research, and the application of advanced prototyping tools. Collaboration with backend developers and other stakeholders is key to ensuring that the final product not only meets but exceeds user expectations

You Have

3+ years of experience in UX/UI design.

Strong portfolio showcasing experience in designing for B2C portals, SaaS, CRM, and B2B solutions for desktop and mobile platforms

Deep understanding of design systems and their application in creating scalable, consistent user experiences. Familiarity with automated hand-off processes using tools like Design Token Studio or similar to ensure seamless and consistent design-to-development transitions is a plus.

Experience with popular design guidelines and libraries such as Material UI, Human Interface Guidelines, Fluent UI, Semantic UI, Bootstrap, Tailwind UI, and others, with practical experience in applying these frameworks in real-world projects.

Proficiency in user-centered design principles and the latest UX/UI trends, including inclusive design and accessibility best practices.

Experience in data-driven design, using qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions.

Proven ability to facilitate workshops with stakeholders to proactively define business requirements and product vision. Participation in discovery activities, translating user needs into actionable requirements.

Experience with agile development processes and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Would be a plus

Experience in the Travel domain or a passion for designing solutions that enhance the travel experience.

Experience in product management or working closely with product teams to align UX strategies with business objectives

Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and the ability to integrate AI and machine learning insights into user experiences.

Familiarity with web analytics and usability testing tools to measure and optimize user experience

Experience in presales.

You Are Going To

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-centric web, mobile, and desktop applications

Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and perform heuristic evaluations to ensure high-quality design.

Apply your expertise in information architecture and design best practices to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Participate in requirements elicitation, ensuring that the user’s needs are at the forefront of the design process.

Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and user testing sessions

Work in an agile environment, adapting to client and team needs with a proactive and collaborative approach.
