We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer who is committed to creating strong site designs and thoughtful interfaces for startups and enterprises around the world. We have many different web projects, work in a strong design team and the opportunity to grow in role and income.

If you can do this, it is definitely a match between us:
• You have commercial experience as a UI/UX Designer; freelance experience is also considered, if it is regular.
• You have experience in creating designs specifically for websites/e-commerce/web applications (it is important that the portfolio includes web cases, not only product-only experience).
• You have a creative vision, you think “out of the box”, ready to pay attention to details for a cool result.
• You follow trends, you are constantly looking for new approaches and design solutions, as well as eager to learn.
• You know how to conduct research and create a mood board.
• You know how to work with Brand Guidelines/Brand Books and integrate branding in UI/UX design.
• You have a confident level of working with Figma.

What we will pay for:
• Conducting Design Research and creating Moodboards.
Designer.
• Work on the company's internal marketing materials (Dribbble, Behance, Website Portfolio, Social Media Posts, etc.).

What we offer:
• Schedule: Full-time, 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (Mon–Fri).
• Decent salary based on the results of the interview (payments 2 times a month).

About payment and growth at VALMAX
• Decent salary based on the results of the interview: depends on the level and quality of the portfolio/cases
• Income and development are transparent: regular performance review and review of compensation based on results and contribution to projects.
• There is a career track: Middle > Senior > Team Lead (and related roles).
• Possible growth in salary, responsibility and expertise. Initiative specialists can grow into other roles within the company within 1-2 years.
