Middle UI/UX Designer in SKELAR

Now we are launching a new startup in the industry style and fashion and we are looking for a part-time Product Designer, with the opportunity to fully join the team in 3 months and be fully responsible for the entire design area on the product.

Joining the team now means:

1. Working with fashion is one of the largest consumer industries in the world.
2. To enter a niche when fashion continues to undergo a significant change in the pattern of purchases: the share of purchases through influencers and creators is increasing (more than 35% per year).
3. Actively engage the audience for the business not only through standard Meta mechanics, but also through Tiktok and Instagram/Tiktok/Youtube influencers.
4. Interact directly with the world of influencers and creators - both in product promotion and in terms of content creation.
5. Launch joint projects with Tier-1 and Tier-2 fashion brands, fashion magazines, platforms.

The startup is at the MVP stage, so you is a unique opportunity to join the business at an early stage, have unlimited career prospects and be responsible for a large part of the business.

What it is important for us:
— More than 2 years of experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer;
— Experience in working with web platforms;
— Availability of an up-to-date portfolio;< br/>— English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
— High level of working with Figma;
— Understanding of business and user goals;
— Team work experience, including close cooperation with the product manager and developers.

In your the area of ​​responsibility will include:
— Creating design solutions taking into account user needs and business goals;
— Designing user flow before the purchase and the interface after the purchase;
— Active work on onboarding through the purchase funnel;
— Bringing mockups to implementation;
— Close interaction with the product, marketing team and developers.
