What you will do

• You’ll work as part of a dedicated global team of designers, marketers, and branding professionals who produce world-class marketing funnel designs.
• Design creative concepts for digital marketing campaigns, including Key Visuals and creative assets.
• Creation of visually appealing and functional web templates, landing pages using the no-code tool VEV with a mobile-first approach, ensuring responsiveness across all devices.
• Design of email campaigns, social media posts, and ads of various formats.
• Create professional presentations for internal projects, clients and business events.
• Conceptualize and execute brand design strategies across multiple touchpoints, such as digital platforms, print collaterals, and advertising campaigns. Respect the branding guidelines while suggesting improvements where needed.
• Creation of the social media banners templates in Canva.
• Maintain and extend a design system with new design components.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative design solutions.

What you need for this

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Marketing, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in web design, UI/UX design or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Solid experience with responsive design.
• Good understanding of accessibility, usability standards.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Decent visual skills: Composition, Color Theory, Typography, Design, and Art styles.
• Understanding of SEO principles and best practices for digital marketing.
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization techniques and the ability to create designs that are optimized to encourage users to take a specific action.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform design decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Upper-intermediate level of English proficiency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design, UI/UX projects.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Eye for detail, high level of accuracy.

Will be a plus

• Experience working in global Digital Marketing and/or branding teams.
• Experience with no-code website builders.
• Familiarity with AI tools for the design process.
• Experience with Web Analytics and A/B testing.
• Experience with animation and motion design.
• Experience in creating logos, icons, and and illustrations.
