We are looking for a talented and experienced Technical Writer to join our team. If you are passionate about creating clear, accurate and accessible technical documentation for both the public sector and private organizations, we would like to meet you. We work with projects in the public sector in the field of legal protection.

Responsibilities:

• Development of internal and external technical project documentation for information systems according to current standards and best practices, suitable for the target audience , including state bodies.
• Creation of technological instructions, testing instructions, test programs and methods, descriptions of business processes, and other technical documentation for developed information systems.
• Work closely with development and product teams to ensure quality, availability and accuracy of technical documentation.
• Working with documentation management tools to create, update and issue technical documents.
• Performing other tasks related to the development of technical documentation.

Requirements:

• Experience in writing technical software documentation for at least 3 years.
• Experience of participation in projects on the development of information systems for state or municipal structures.
• Experience in creating API documentation (OpenAPI), developer guides, graphical process diagrams (BPMN, UML), user guides, release notes, software specifications, and how-tos.
• Skills of drawing up technical documentation according to DSTU ISO/IEC/IEEE 15289:2019 "Systems and software engineering. Content of life cycle information objects (documentation)".
• Mastery of MS Office programs, high technical literacy, organization, ability to concentrate on the given task and attention to details.
• Knowledge of the English language at the B2 level will be considered an advantage.
