We are looking for a specialist who is ready to relocate to Poland approximately in 2-3 months after start on the project.Main Tasks And ResponsibilitiesAs a member of this dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in managing all communication with client’s customers to resolve support ticketsManage day-to-day operations for all communications and actions in ZenDeskContributing frequently answered questions to the client's knowledge baseCollaborating in the on-call rotations when needed for resolution of severe issuesEducation, Skills And Experience MUST HAVE:1+ year of experience in a customer-facing positionExpertise in troubleshooting for any web-based applicationsProficiency in reading system logs as part of the ticket resolution processFamiliarity with Linux systemsHave base understanding of SSL, LDAP/SSO protocols, networking, databasesYou have good communication skillsEnthusiastic about working and learning new technologies and toolsUpper-Intermediate EnglishWould Be a PlusBase knowledge of SQL-databasesBase knowledge of some programming language like in Java, Python, or any other programming languages.
