Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in a product/outsourcing company
• Knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies (Scrum, Scrumban, Waterfall);
• Advanced technical understanding;
• Experienced user of Atlassian;
• Experience in requirements analysis, labor estimation, project planning, risk, and change management;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate;
• Ability to take responsibility and make quick decisions;
• Ability to work and make decisions independently;
• Knowledge of English is not lower than intermediate**

Responsibilities

• Participation in project planning
• Planning and implementation of the project plan for the development and implementation of the project.
• Development, implementation, monitoring of implementation by participants, adjustment of processes/regulations necessary for the development and implementation of the project.
• Project team management (team formation, selection of candidates, distribution of tasks, control of tasks).
• Providing the project with the necessary resources.
• Organization and support of productive communications of project team members.
• Monitoring company internal chats and quick responses to questions/requests.
• Filling out PM documentation.
• Work with company teams and stakeholders to define the vision and goals of the project, the functionality of the product.
