At Everhelp we create a next-gen Customer Success ecosystem for users with the whole world We provide first-class customer service and take care of everything from configuration, monitoring and maintenance to weekly reports with all the metrics you need.

The company was established in 2021. In recent years, it has grown from 5 to 200+ people in the team. Our employees are mostly safe, we have kept all jobs, and we continue to strengthen our team.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a strong Talent Acquisition Specialist (non tech), ready to take responsible for the process and result of hiring 10+ people every month for remote vacancies in our company.

Together we will build processes and scale the team to more than 100 people.

Yours tasks:

• Full cycle recruitment of vacancies: Customer Support Specialist, Customer Support Team Lead, Sales Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, etc. The recruiter is a full-fledged owner of the process who is responsible for each stage and the final result;
• Marketing approach: publications, launch of advertising campaigns and promotion of vacancy creatives on various platforms/social networks/professional groups;
• li>Close cooperation with team members and Hiring Managers;
• Conducting screenings using modern approaches to evaluate candidates who meet the job requirements;
• Communicating with candidates at all stages of recruiting process, providing timely feedback;
• Working with ATS (BreezyHR).

About you:

• From 1 year of experience with mass recruiting;
• Experience in recruiting in product/outsource/outstaff or gaming companies, recruiting agencies;
• Experience in closing non-technical vacancies;< /li>
• Able to conduct full cycle recruiting flow (from search to offer);
• Know search channels, their effectiveness and specificity;
• English level from Upper-Intermediate;< /li>
