Middle system/network engineer in SoftSvit

SoftSvit is a product IT company that not only develops, but also promotes its own product. We are currently looking for a Middle system/network engineer-a.

Requirements: >

• Knowledge of OS at administrator level (Windows, *nix);

• Understanding of network technologies/protocols (vlan, stp) , IP (tcp/udp/dhcp), IPsec, DHCP, DNS, NAT;

• Knowledge of the principles of wireless networks: basic principles of operation, Wi-Fi standards, frequency ranges, encryption methods, etc.;

• Experience in configuring equipment: routers, switches (L2), wireless access points. (Fortinet, HP, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti);

• Experience with the Zabbix monitoring system, other systems are welcome;

• Experience in the organization of VPN networks;

• Virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V, OpenVZ, KVM);

• DBMS administration: MySQL , PostgreSQL MongoDB.

It will be a plus:

• Knowledge of VOIP principles.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, find and troubleshoot network equipment;

• Infrastructure and equipment monitoring;

• Connection of servers/equipment to the monitoring system (zabbix) and response to monitoring system notifications;

• Technical support for users, consulting on solving problems;

• Participation in internal projects (network development, connection of new locations, introduction of new equipment) .
