InventorSoft wanted Middle Strong/Senior RoR developer for a Swiss SaaS project.

Main requirements:
—4+ years of commercial experience working with Ruby, Ruby on Rails ;

— Knowledge and experience of working with frontend technologies (JavaScript, Tailwind CSS);
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) ;

— Experience working on SaaS projects or marketplaces;

— Willingness to work with both backend and frontend tasks;
— Level of English: Intermediate+;
— Personal qualities: independence, discipline, sociability, result-oriented.

Will be a plus:

— Experience working in startups.

Project — SaaS solutions for realtors and other real estate professionals. The platform helps to automate and facilitate the process of selecting real estate according to the needs of tenants, checks the reliability of customers, provides the possibility of online execution of the agreement, etc.

Team : 2 developers, Project Manager.

Organization of work processes:

— Work schedule: flexible, but you need to be present at team meetings;

—Methodology: SCRUM.

Stages of the interview:

— HR interview (45 min);

— Execution of the test task (4-8 hours);

- Getting to know the client (~30 min).
