Binariks is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Middle Strong/Senior Flutter Engineer to join our team for a healthcare project, which delivers solutions proven effective healthcare solutions to help companies to make their work environment safe.
The main idea is to provide workplace accident prevention solutions, enhancing the health of employees throughout their careers from hiring to retiring.

• Design and build advanced applications for mobile and desktop using the Flutter framework
• Standardize the apps delivering the same quality and UI/UX while minimizing duplication of effort
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Unit-test code for robustness, usability, and general reliability
• Identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, and improve application performance
• Help maintain code quality, development processes, and automated testing
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in software development on Flutter
• Proven experience building desktop applications using Flutter
• Deep knowledge of Dart
• Good knowledge of Azure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and ability to work in both international and multifunctional teams

Will be a plus:

• Experience in the healthcare industry
• Agile methodologies
